1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the MotionManoeuvre online store or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Orders

After you order, we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order before it ships, for example if an item is out of stock or was priced in error. If we do, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Any applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping: Free on every order within the United States. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify checkout. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

4. Delivery

We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days; most orders arrive 4–7 business days after you order. Our Shipping Policy has the details.

5. Cancellations and returns

To change or cancel an order, email chirokim@icloud.com as soon as possible; once it has shipped, you can return it instead. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
