Who we are
This policy explains what personal information MotionManoeuvre ("we", "us") collects when you visit or buy from our online store, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number. Payments are processed by Shopify's checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay); we never receive or store your full card number. When you browse, Shopify records technical information such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you view, using cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your order and to handle returns and refunds.
- To answer your questions and send you updates about your order.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store working.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that run parts of the store for us: Shopify (store platform and checkout), our payment providers, shipping carriers, and 17TRACK (order tracking on our Track order page). They may use your information only to provide that service. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some Shopify marketing and analytics features may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain US state laws; you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, run checkout and understand how the store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may not work without them. You can also set your privacy choices on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Your US state privacy rights
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Email chirokim@icloud.com. We answer within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we respond to the appeal within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
