30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at chirokim@icloud.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Use the prepaid return label included with your delivery.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we refund it within 14 days, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery, ideally with photos. We send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
